Welcome to HONG KONG JINGREN GANGDIAN TECHNOLOGY CO LIMITED ("JREN," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, cloud server services, website building services and related IT services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services

JREN provides a suite of cloud and IT services, including:

• Cloud Servers — elastic compute instances with SSD storage and multiple regions;
• Website Building — professional design, development and deployment of websites;
• Cloud Database — managed database services;
• Object Storage & CDN — storage and content delivery services;
• SSL Certificates — certificate issuance and deployment;
• Managed IT Services — server maintenance, security hardening, migration and monitoring.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, including actions of your authorized users.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

• host or distribute content that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others;
• launch or facilitate denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, spam, phishing or other abusive activity;
• mine cryptocurrency or run workloads that degrade shared infrastructure, except on plans that expressly permit it;
• circumvent security controls or access data of other customers.

We may suspend or terminate Services that violate these rules, with notice where practicable.

4. Customer Content & Backups

You retain ownership of all content and data you host on the Services. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups unless you have purchased a managed backup plan. We perform infrastructure-level snapshots for operational purposes only and do not guarantee restoration of customer data.

5. Orders, Billing & Renewals

Services are billed on the plan you select (monthly, annual or pay-as-you-go). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may adjust pricing for future periods with at least 30 days' prior notice.

6. Service Level & Availability

We target 99.9% monthly availability for cloud server services, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control. Where an SLA is published for a specific product, that SLA states the sole remedies available for downtime.

7. Intellectual Property

The JREN name, logo, website design, software and systems are owned by JREN or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Websites we build for you are delivered under the license terms stated in your individual project agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JREN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the affected service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel Services at any time from your account console. We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment or material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to the effective date.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
